Tickets: – Due to Covid-19, all tickets can now be exchanged or money refunded if you are unable to attend the tour as long as we receive notice within 24 hours of tour date. There will be an admin charge of £5 to process the refund.

E-tickets purchased on www.seelondonbynight.com must be printed or shown on a smart phone or tablet to present to a member of staff at the boarding point. All other E-tickets purchased from other websites must present a printed copy.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Child age is 5-15. Children under 5 may travel for Free as long as the child does not occupy a seat.

Departures

The Company endeavours to provide departure points and times for the service which are as accurate as possible. However, the Company reserves the right to vary such departure points and times without notice, as circumstances require.

Cancellation of a Private Hire

If the hirer wishes to cancel any agreement, the following charges will apply in relation to the total hire charge.

Delays

See London By Night will make every effort to maintain a regular and frequent service, however, as a result of breakdown or traffic congestion, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the company, journeys may take longer than predicted and in those circumstances the company will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered as a result.
